Crown Bowl, Polished Brass

Carl Auböck model #3600 ‘Crown’ bowl in polished brass. Designed in the 1950’s, this incredibly refined and sculptured Viennese bowl is handmade in polished brass. Originally conceived as a ashtray, this decorative piece can be used for a variety of purposes.

The Viennese workshop of Carl Auböck, exists now for over 120 years and for four generations. Currently produced by Carl Auböck IV in the original Auböck Werkstätte in the 7th district of Vienna using the same exacting standards, high-quality materials, original moulds and techniques of his legendary grandfather remains among the last of it’s kind. The archive today includes more than 4,500 designs.
